The
Mission Statement of The Law Offices of Phillips, Harper
& Harper is to demonstrate to each client that our
firm can liquidate placements and provide timely status
reports consistent with the highest industry standards.
The
primary focus of our office is to open and close files
in an expeditious manner. In short, our goal is to
attempt settlement of a file before suit is filed. But,
where litigation is commenced, we continue the
negotiating process up to the time the file is actually
arbitrated or tried. Our clients appreciate our effort
to resolve files with this proactive approach to
liquidating referrals.
In
addition, where arbitration or a trial is required to
settle a claim, we make extensive use of discovery which
allows us to motion the court for summary judgment well
before the case is actually tried before the court or
arbitrated by an attorney appointed by the court.
