Gerald
A. Phillips, Esq., the managing partner of the firm has
more than 15 years of experience in litigating creditors’
rights claims.
Mr.
Phillips
has been successful in negotiating the settlements of
many claims since joining the firm in 1989. The ability
to settle a claim after suit has been filed, but before
arbitration, is a strategy successfully utilized by the firm
and vastly reduces the burden of our clients to testify
at arbitration or trial. Our clients appreciate this
proactive approach because it reduces the hard cost and
opportunity costs of our clients.
